Dr. Angela Seaton has been a National Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2004. She has earned a PhD in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Exceptional Student Education, a Master of Education degree in Educational Counseling and a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. She has worked with children and adults with disabilities and challenging behaviors in a variety of settings and capacities more than 35 years. Dr. Seaton’s areas of expertise include Applied Behavior Analysis, Educational Law, Parent Training, Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and related Pervasive Developmental Disabilities. Dr. Seaton’s background in education, counseling and behavior analysis allows her to provide services to her clients using broad spectrum supports to improve their overall quality of life
David Angier received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and Master’s Degree in special education from Ball State University. His coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis was completed through Florida Institute of Technology. David has been practicing in Applied Behavior Analysis since 2016 and began Square Pegs Behavior Solutions in 2018, emphasizing communication skills and learning techniques. He has worked across the spectrum with clients ranging in age from 2 to 62.
Madison Bailey, BCBA, has been committed to the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) since 2021. She began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and advanced to earn her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification. Recently, she achieved the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, marking her continued dedication to professional development.
Madison earned her Bachelor's degree from Troy University, focusing on behavior analysis. She furthered her education with a Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida. This strong educational foundation enables her to provide individualized, evidence-based interventions that create meaningful and lasting behavior change.
Madison is passionate about helping children achieve success and independence in their everyday environments, using proven ABA strategies to make a positive impact on their lives.
Bailey joins Square Pegs as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), bringing a strong academic background and a deep commitment to promoting inclusivity for individuals with disabilities. With a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Florida State and Ball State, Bailey has honed her skills over the past year as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and now as a BCaBA. Her expertise focuses on skill acquisition, reducing problem behavior, developing treatment plans, and fostering independent living skills for all clients.
Bailey is also one of our two dedicated Safety Care Trainers, certified in CPR, safety care, and basic life skills. Her work is driven by a passion for creating inclusive environments for individuals with mental and physical disabilities, ensuring they have access to the same engaging activities as their neurotypical peers.

Outside of her professional role, Bailey coaches Special Olympics golf and enjoys the sport herself. In her free time, she also loves fishing and shopping. A fun fact about Bailey: despite being 5'8", she wears a size 4 youth shoe! Bailey is a valued member of the Square Pegs team, combining her expertise in ABA with a true dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all.

Rachel is a BCaBA with two years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Ball State University (2024) and became certified as a BCaBA shortly thereafter.
Rachel joined Square Pegs in October 2023, bringing both dedication and a deep understanding of behavior interventions to the team. She plays a key role in developing and implementing evidence-based strategies tailored to each client’s individual needs. Rachel is especially skilled in analyzing data to ensure measurable progress and meaningful outcomes.
She is passionate about using ABA principles to support clients in reaching their full potential across home, school, and community settings. Her commitment to continuous learning and growth drives her to stay current on the latest practices in the field.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending quality time with her husband and children. She has a love for travel and exploration, always seeking new experiences that inspire personal and professional growth.

They typically work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide services to individuals with behavioral challenges, often in settings like schools, clinics, or homes.

Registered Behavior Technician, a paraprofessional who implements behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
Responsibilities: RBTs work directly with clients, collecting data on behavior, implementing intervention plans, and assisting in skill acquisition programs. They may also help in training caregivers and families in behavior management techniques.
Certification: To become an RBT, individuals must complete specific training, pass a competency assessment, and obtain certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
